O professor Carlos Castilho Junior (fez questão de enfatizar o Junior porque seu pai também é professor), não queria ser professor. Seu sonho na infância era ser bombeiro, salvar as pessoas do fogo, mas no fim acabou optando pelo legado de de salvar as pessoas da alienação, de mentiras que nos contam. As greves no Paraná tiveram grande ascensão após imagens fortes de professores machucados durante o protesto, e apesar de concordar e estar sempre envolvido nas manifestações, a greve não pôde impedi-lo de ensinar. Ele criou um grupo no facebook onde posta diariamente conteúdo de História por áudio para que seus alunos estudem. Os áudios são gravados na madrugada quando o barulho é quase imperceptível, e quando questionado sobre seu maior presente por todo desgaste ele lembra-se muito orgulhoso de uma aluna que passou de primeira em medicina. No grupo, o professor não aceita comentários políticos, greves, sindicatos, simplesmente porque seu intuito não é esse, ele quer que seus alunos tenham algo chamado conhecimento e sua preocupação não se limita aos seus alunos, mas a outros. Quando Junior me ligou no SBT para falar sobre seu projeto, algo me chamou atenção, ele queria que outros professores tivessem a mesma ideia, inclusive diz acreditar que a maioria dos professores tem grande amor no que fazem, apesar das dificuldades que enfrentam (especialmente em escolas públicas) com salas superlotadas, salário baixo e a pior de todas, professores sendo agredidos por protestar seus direitos.
Sabemos que a era da internet trouxe diversos benefícios para a sociedade em qualquer lugar do mundo, mas aprender em meio a greve via facebook, é novidade pra mim! Parabéns professor, por sua iniciativa e por estar acima do profissionalismo, acima do altruísmo (algo que ele diz não acreditar), parabéns por estar no amor.

When Junior called me the SBT to talk about his project, something caught my attetion, he wanted other teachers had the same idea, even says he believes most teachers have great love in what they do despite the difficulties they face (especially in schools public) as overcrowded classrooms, low wages and the worst of all, teachers being beaten for protesting their rights. We know that the Internet has brought many benefits to society anywhere in the world, but learning amid strike via facebook, it's new to me! Congratulations Professor, on their own initiative and be up on professionalism, above altruism (something he doesn't believe), congratulations to be in love.
